EXTDESCR must be a character constant equal to a FORMAT name

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A syntax error was detected in the statement. A character constant is expected after the EXTDESCR keyword in the READ, WRITE, REWRITE, REREAD, DELETE, and RESTORE statements. The value of the character constant must be a valid format name.
