Invalid argument conversion in CALL statement

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An argument of the CALL statement cannot be converted to the type specified in the DECLARE PROGRAM statement. Either the argument is an array with a different internal representation or type than that specified on the DECLARE PROGRAM statement or the argument and DECLARE PROGRAM specifications are not both character or numeric.
Recovery . . . : Correct the condition described above.
