FORMAT not allowed in OPEN statement

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file identification expression in the OPEN statement specifies the FORMAT keyword with a file type of PROC, SOURCE, PRINTER or DTAARA. The FORMAT keyword is not allowed with these file types.
Recovery . . . : Supply the correct OPEN statement.
