Cannot duplicate volumes owned by system &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to duplicate volumes owned by system &1 at release &2. The system performing the duplication is at release &3.
Recovery . . . : To prevent the loss of media information, the system performing the duplication must be at the same or higher release than the system owning the volume. The duplication can be performed by system &1 or on a system at or above release &2.
