Cannot reclaim volumes owned by system &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to reclaim volume &1 which is owned by system &2 at release &3. The system performing the reclaim is at release &4.
Recovery . . . : To prevent the loss of media information, the system performing the reclaim operation must be at the same or higher release than the system owning the volume. The reclaim can be performed by system &2 or on a system at or above release &3.
