Use days, date, *EXP, *PERM or *GRPnnn.

Cause . . . . . : When specifying the duration you can use one of the following:
Days - A number of days to keep media at this location.
Date - A valid date through which the media will remain at this location.
*EXP - Special value which will cause the media to remain at this location until it is expired and then moved to the next location.
*PERM - Special value that will keep the media at the location indefinitely.
*GRPnnn - A special value that will cause the number of file groups to control movement of volumes to locations. The nnn number will indicate which version a file group is to be at a designated location. The nnn number may be in the range 1-365.
