Network job not submitted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The network synchronization job was not submitted because there is currently one or more jobs on the job queue.
Recovery . . . : The job queue Q1ABRMNET has a QBRMSYNC job waiting to run. Therefore no additional jobs will be submitted until the job queue is clear. The job in the job queue could be waiting because the job queue is held or there is a long running job that is active. Use the WRKACTJOB and check activity in the Q1ABRMNET subsystem.
