Specified LIB value not allowed with SAVACT value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : *IBM for the library (LIB) parameter cannot be specified when the value of the save active (SAVACT) parameter is specified as *SYNCLIB.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Change the LIB value to one or more libraries.
-- Change the SAVACT value to *NO, *LIB, *SYSDFN, or *YES.
