Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The library specified cannot be saved through a normal save operation. Some of the libraries that cannot be saved through normal save operations are QSYS, QTEMP, QSRV, QSPL, QDOC, QRPLOBJ, QINMEDIA, QINSYS, and QINPRIOR. Other libraries may also meet this restriction.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem, and retry the operation again. See the Backup and Recovery Guide for more information on the specific library. For example, library QSYS is saved through the SAVSYS, SAVSYSBRM or *SAVSYS special value and cannot be saved through the SAVLIB command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : To archive old QHST files, use the special value *QHST in an archive control group, or specify QHST* in library QSYS in an archive object list.
