User &1 not enrolled in system directory.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : User &1 is requesting archive operations for document library objects (DLOs), but has not been added to the system directory. Users not in the directory cannot perform DLO archive operations.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Directory Entries (WRKDIRE) command to add user &1 to the system directory, and try the request again.
