Restricted state ended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Restricted state ended before all saves of backup control group or backup policy &2 completed. Subsystems may have been started intentionally through a *EXIT backup item in the backup control group or an action backup item in the backup policy, or unintentionally by an incorrect global properties attribute setting.
Recovery . . . : If ending restricted state was intended no action is required, but you should review the job log to verify subsequent save operations completed successfully. If ending restricted state was not intended, open the global properties in the Backup Recovery and Media Services folder for this system in the BRMS graphical user interface and change the "Maximum time to allow for backup" attribute to a value which would allow the entire backup to complete.
