Device with density &3 are not available. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Devices with density &3 are currently being used by other jobs and could not be allocated for control group &1 type &2. If parallel processing was requested, the minimum number of resources requested may not be available.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel the operation.
-- Wait for devices of type &3 to become available and then type R to try the operation again.
-- Verify the minimum number of resources requested is correct and available, then type R to try the operation again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the operation.
R -- Retry the operation
