Console monitor is not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The job could not be submitted to the console monitor because the monitor job is not active.
Recovery . . . : On the system console use GO BRMBKU, then option 4 to start the monitor. The monitor will then be able to process any requests from the STRBKUBRM command of type *CONSOLE.
