Item &2 type &3 not migrated, reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Migration of item &2 type &3 from ASP &4 did not occur, see reason code &1 below:
01 - No ASP in ASP class &5 has sufficient room to store item &2.
02 - Low storage threshold for ASP &4 has not been exceeded.
03 - ASP &4 is at the top of the storage hierarchy, item &2 cannot be promoted.
04 - ASP &4 is at the bottom of the storage hierarchy, item &2 cannot be demoted.
Recovery . . . : Based on reason code &1 do one of the following and try the request again:
01 - Remove unnecessary items in ASPs of ASP class &5.
02 - Use WRKASPBRM to decrease the low storage threshold value for ASP &4 as appropriate.
03 - Use WRKCLSBRM TYPE(*ASP) and WRKASPBRM to add additional ASP class(es) and description(s) having a storage hierarchy priority which is lower in value (higher in priority) than the storage hierarchy priority for ASP class &5.
04 - Use WRKCLSBRM TYPE(*ASP) and WRKASPBRM to add additional ASP class(es) and description(s) having a storage hierarchy priority which is higher in value (lower in priority) than the storage hierarchy priority for ASP class &5.
