Cannot migrate item &1, cannot promote.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Item &1 type &2 is currently in ASP &3. ASP &3 is of ASP class &4 which is the ASP class that has highest priority in the storage hierarchy. No ASPs of a higher priority ASP class exist in which to store item &1.
Recovery . . . : Use Work with ASP Classes (WRKCLSBRM) command specifying TYPE(*ASP) to change the attributes of ASP class &4 removing *PROMOTE from the migration specifications, or add a new ASP class that has a higher priority in the storage hierarchy and use Work with ASP Descriptions (WRKASPBRM) command to add or reassign ASP descriptions to the new ASP class. Then try the request again.
