File &1 cannot be moved to output queue &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Spooled file &1 cannot be moved from output queue &2 in library &3 to output queue &4 in library &5. Output queue &2 in library &3 is in ASP &6, whose low storage threshold is *NONE or is a value that has not been exceeded.
Recovery . . . : Use Work with ASP Descriptions (WRKASPBRM) to decrease the low storage threshold for ASP &6, and try the request again.
