Cannot find required program for TSM access.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are attempting to perform operations that requires TSM (ADSM) storage but the required access program, QANSAPI, cannot be found.
Recovery . . . : Use command CHKPRDOPT PRDID(5733197) to determine if the TSM Application Client API is not installed or has errors. After installing the TSM Application Client API try this request again.
