DLO retrieve for &1 not successful.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : DLO &1 in folder &2 was not restored because of reason code &3. Valid reason codes are:
-- 01 Storage for ASP &4 was exceeded.
-- 02 Current user did not have the proper authority.
-- 03 Retrieval of DLO delayed.
-- 04 Retrieval of DLO canceled.
Recovery . . . :
-- 01 Lower the percent storage available so the DLO can be placed in the ASP required. Then use the RSMRTVBRM command to locate the DLO and do the restore operation. Use the *STORAGE value for the select parameter on the RSMRTVBRM to locate the DLO.
-- 02 Have BRMS administrator change the retrieve policy to allow users with lesser authority to have access to restore operations for auto-recall or have and authorized user do the restore operation. Use the *SECURITY value for the select parameter on the RSMRTVBRM to locate the DLO.
-- 03 The selection of *DELAY was used for the retrieval operation. The DLO was marked as delayed and should be restored at a later time using the RSMRTVBRM command. Use the *DELAY value for the select parameter on the RSMRTVBRM to locate the DLO.
-- 04 In response to the retrieve confirmation option a reply was given to cancel the retrieve operation.
