Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value specified for minimum resources on the parallel device resources (PRLRSC) parameter must be less than or equal to the number of resources for the devices specified on the device (DEV) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value for PRLRSC(MIN) that is less than or equal to &2 and try the request again.
