Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value for maximum resources on the parallel device resources (PRLRSC) parameter must be equal to or greater than the value for the minimum resources on the PRLRSC parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a value equal or greater than &2 on the PRLRSC parameter.
-- Specify *MIN on the PRLRSC parameter.
-- Specify *AVAIL on the PRLRSC parameter.
