Maximum resources specified not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value of 1 for the maximum resources is not valid when *AVAIL is specified for the minimum resources on the parallel device resources (PRLRSC) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a value in the range of 2 - 32 for maximum resources on the PRLRSC parameter.
-- Specify *MIN for maximum resources on the PRLRSC parameter.
-- Specify *AVAIL for maximum resources on the PRLRSC parameter.
