Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Parallel processing was requested, but the required minimum number of resources is not available.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Use the Work with Media Library Status (WRKMLBSTS) command to determine the status of resources and make the tape library resources available.
-- Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to determine the status of stand alone devices and make the devices available.
-- Change the value specified for the minimum number of resources.
