Unexpected condition with &1 API. Reason &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &1 API encountered an unexpected condition. The following defines the reason for the error:
0001 -- The function requested is not supported.
8001 -- Point in time is earlier than the saved date/time range.
8002 -- Point in time is later than the saved date/time range.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to review previous messages listed in the job log. Correct the errors and try the request again. If the condition persists, then call your service organization to report the problem.
