Recovery exit program not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value was specified for the recovery exit program (RCYEXITPGM) parameter and is not correct unless *NEW is specified for the package identifier (PKGID).
Recovery . . . : Do not specify a recovery exit program unless the package identifier is new.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A package is a grouping of related media files maintained by BRMS media information. A recovery exit program may be specified when PKGID(*NEW) is specified. The recovery exit program will be called by BRMS after a recovery of the saved objects.
