Unexpected BRMS error detected. Reason &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : BRMS has detected an unexpected error. Reason &2 identifies the area in BRMS that detected the error.
Recovery . . . : The following describes the possible reason codes:
0001 - Maximum number of list entries exceeded.
9001 - Function call to program QBRM/Q1AOLD failed.
9010 - Procedure call to service program QBRM/Q1ARPGCMN failed.
9999 - Unexpected condition encountered.
Use the Copy from Stream File (CPYFRMSTMF) command to copy the current BRMS flight recorder information. Use path /tmp/brms/flightrec for the From stream file (FROMSTMF) parameter.
Call your IBM Service Representative to report the message and reason code, and provide the representative a copy of the flight recorder information.
