An unexpected failure occurred while converting data to a different CCSID.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to convert data from one CCSID to another CCSID was unsuccessful.
Recovery . . . : This can be caused by many things. Examine the data which is failing conversion and the source and target CCSIDs and use that information to determine the action required. A different CCSID may need to be used or different data may need to be used. If unable to determine the cause, the problem may need to be reported (via the ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The source CCSID is &1. The target CCSID is &2. The conversion error code is &5. The length of the data to convert is &3. The data to be converted is &4.
