AES keystore file &1 in library &2 is not the correct file type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Attempt to use file &1 in library &2 failed because the format of file is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a different key store file or delete this file and use the Key Store Initialization (CSNBKSI) API to create a new key store file, then try the request again.
