The type of move for &1 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The first argument passed to &1 is not 0 or 1, or a type 0 move is requested, but the handle and resume cursors are the same.
Recovery . . . : Supply a valid move type, and if type 0 is used then ensure the handle and resume cursors are different.
