Library &6 not registered to product &1 option &2. (C G)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library &6 exists on the system but is not registered to product &1 option &2 release &4. Release &4 of product &1 option &2 could be the first time this product has been packaged using the System Manager licensed program.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type a G to continue processing if library &6 can be used by product &1 option &2 release &4.
-- Type a C to cancel processing and restore the product again using the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command. Reason code &8 indicates the specific recovery. The reason codes are:
-- 1) Specify a library name for restore library &7 on the LIB parameter.
-- 2) Specify a library name on the LNGLIB parameter.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
G -- Continue processing.
