Volume &5 is not usable. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred when the system was recovering from a media error. Volume &5 on device &4 is not usable and should not be used if the user wants to read file label &7 at sequence number &40.
Recovery . . . : Type C to cancel processing, or load a new volume on device &4 and type R to attempt recovery by writing to a new volume instead of volume &5.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
R -- Try the operation again using a different tape volume.
C -- Cancel processing.
