Labels on volume &5 device &4 are not valid (C INZ R).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Labels that are damaged or not valid were found on the volume for file &2 in &3. The data file labels may be missing, a length that is not valid, an incorrect or unexpected label type, or may contain information that is not valid or information that cannot be processed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use C to cancel processing.
-- Use INZ to initialize the current volume.
-- Put a different volume on the tape drive and use R to try again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing
R -- Try volume open operation again
INZ -- Initialize the current volume
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The condition code is &6. The condition codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- No HDR1 label was found in the first eleven labels on the volume.
2 -- The expected label type was not found.
3 -- Missing labels.
4 -- A length label found is not valid.
5 -- The header and trailer labels do not compare.
6 -- Information in the label is either not valid or cannot be processed.
