Cause . . . . . : The local and remote system attempted to exchange XIDs. The exchange failed because the remote system defined the link as a boundary in a subdivided APPN network, but this system does not support subdivided APPN networks.
This is a probable configuration problem.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
-- Correct the condition on the remote system. Perform the necessary steps to contact the remote system again. After verifying configurations, if the problem persists, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
-- Type C to cancel recovery and to inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
-- Type R to try the operation again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel.
R -- Try again one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The exchange identifier (XID) is &41.
The error code is &40: Intercluster link definition mismatch.
