Controller &24 contact not successful. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Controller &24 is not on the local area network (LAN). The bridge to another LAN cannot forward the command.
Recovery . . . : Check the maximum frame size on the bridge and the bridge configuration. Do one of following:
-- Change the bridge configuration so it supports a frame size that is as large as the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME parameter) on specified line description &23.
-- Decrease the size of the maximum frame on the controller description or on the line description. To change the controller description, use the Work with Controller Description (WRKCTLD) command and choose the option to change the controller description. Change the value in the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME) parameter. To change the line description, use the Work with Line Description (WRKLIND) command and choose the option to change the line description. Change the value in the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME) parameter.
Then do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel recovery. This informs any application waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
-- Type R to retry the operation.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error code is &40: The local system is trying to contact another system not found on the LAN. The LAN bridge could not forward the route resolve command because the maximum frame size specified is too large to be done. The bridge rejected the route resolve frame.
