Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The network found that the station being called cannot be reached. The probable causes are:
-- A network problem.
-- A call was attempted to a number that does not exist.
-- The call was made to a line with a different closed user group (CUG) class-of-service.
-- A local DCE problem.
-- A remote DCE problem.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Have the network operator verify that the network is operational.
-- Verify that the connection number (CNNNBR parameter) of the controller description is correct.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again as defined by the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT parameter) of the controller description.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40: The system received a call progress signal (CPS) 43 from the X.21 network during a calling sequence.
CPS 43: This call is not obtainable. The called subscriber may not belong to the same data signalling rate class.
