Call on line &23 failed. Too many dialing digits. (C N R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If an automatic calling unit is being used, the remote system answered the call before the local system had finished dialing.
If the modem is dialing, the number of dialing digits exceeded the allowed value.
Recovery . . . :
Use the appropriate change line description command to correct the switched connection number (CNNNBR parameter) and the calling number (CALLNBR parameter) in line description &23.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the dial attempt to the X.25 network and all logical calls waiting for the connection. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the logical call has been canceled.
N -- Cancel the dial operation to the X.25 network using line &23 and try to complete the pending logical calls. Depending on the values specified for the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in each controller description, the system may choose a different line description to complete the call.
R -- Try the operation one more time when line &23 is available.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40: Call failed on line &23. The number of digits in either the CALLNBR or CNNNBR parameter exceeded the limit.
