Controller &24 contact not successful. Logical channel reset or cleared. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The logical channel in use by the specified controller description was reset or cleared either locally or remotely. The probable causes are:
-- A remote system problem.
-- A configuration mismatch between the local and remote systems.
-- An X.25 network problem.
-- The remote system ended the communication normally.
Recovery . . . :
Verify that the remote system and X.25 network are functioning properly, and the local system configurations are correct.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40. The error codes and their meanings follow:
46003130 -- RESET indication received.
46003134 -- CLEAR indication received.
The X.25 cause code is: &41 (&43). The X.25 diagnostic code is: &42 (&44).
