Line &23 failed. Network configuration problem. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The network reported that the data link connection identifier (DLCI) configured for line &23 is not operational. Possible causes are:
-- Network problem.
-- Configuration problem.
-- Remote system problem.
Recovery . . . : Use the display DSPNWID command to display network interface description &30. Determine the status of the DLCI configured for line &23.
If the status is inactive, contact the remote system operator or the network provider to determine the cause of the problem.
Then do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel recovery. This informs any application waiting for an operation that recovery has been canceled.
-- Type G to start the automatic communications recovery as defined by the system communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) for line &23.
-- Type R to retry the operation.
If the status is unknown, verify that the DLCI value configured for line &23 matches a value from the network subscription. If the DLCI configuration is not correct:
-- Type C to cancel recovery.
-- Use the VRYCFG command to vary off line &23 and NWI &30.
-- Use the DLTLIND command to delete the incorrect line description (LIND), and use the appropriate create line command to create the LIND with the proper DLCI value.
-- Use the VRYCFG command to vary on the LIND and the NWI.
-- Type R to retry the operation.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again as defined by the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) for network interface &30.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The error code is &40: The error codes and there reasons follow:
33001802 -- The DLCI configured for line &23 has not been reported by the network. Check that the frame relay network subscription contains a DLCI value that matches the one configured for line &23.
33001803 -- The DLCI configured for line &23 has been reported inactive by the network. This error is a probable network or remote system problem.
