Commitment control operation not currently allowed. (R C)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to perform a commitment control operation for commitment definition &3 while a save-while-active operation is in progress in one or more other jobs on the system. The commitment control operation will not be allowed until save-while-active checkpoint processing for library &2 is complete. If the library name is *N, the commitment control operation will not be allowed until save-while-active checkpoint processing is complete for all libraries on the system. The following operations are not allowed during save-while-active checkpoint processing:
-- Adding a DDL commitment resource
-- Adding an API commitment resource
Recovery . . . : Enter R to retry the commitment control operation. Enter C to cancel the commitment control operation.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
R -- The commitment control operation is attempted again and will complete if save-while-active checkpoint processing completes within &1 seconds. Otherwise, this inquiry message will be sent again in &1 seconds.
C -- The commitment control operation is cancelled and processing is terminated.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &4. The activation group number is &5. The lock space id is &26. The lock space associated space id is &27. The XID is &28.
