Tape on tape device &25 is damaged.

Message Long Text :

Recovery . . . : Load another tape and then press On line on device &25. If it is necessary to reset and start the tape controller again, do the following:
1) Vary off the tape unit (VRYCFG command).
2) Vary on the tape unit (VRYCFG command) specifying *YES for the RESET parameter.
