Cause . . . . . : The system looked through each available PTF to solve your problem. One was found.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : ANZPRB or WRKPRB builds a symptom string for this problem. The symptom string is automatically compared to the symptom string associated with each available PTF.

The problem symptom string matched the symptom string associated with an available PTF. Problem log entry &1 was opened in the problem log for the problem you analyzed. Check the problem log entry for more information on the associated PTF. Use the WRKPRB command to look at the problem log entry.

If the PTF status indicates this PTF is not applied, use the APYPTF command to apply the PTF to your system. If the PTF is already applied for your system, report the problem to your service provider. If the PTF status is applied and the problem still exists, the symptom string data may not be sufficient to distinguish between an existing PTF and a new problem.
