Input stream in file &1 in &2 member &3 sent to &4 users. Not sent to &5 users.

Cause . . . . . : The input stream was sent to &4 users, using the Submit Network Job (SBMNETJOB) command. The input stream was not sent to &5 users because they had distributions that were not correct.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in the job log to determine the cause of the error. Correct the error, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For distributions sent to local users, the input stream has been successfully delivered to the users. For remote users, the input stream has successfully been placed into the SNADS network for distribution to the destination systems. The sequence number assigned to the distribution is &6.
