Message sent to &1 users. Not sent to &2 users.

Cause . . . . . : The message was sent to &1 users, using the Send Network Message (SNDNETMSG) command. The message was not sent to &2 users because they had distributions that were not correct.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in the job log to determine the cause of the error. Correct the error, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For distributions sent to local users, the message has been successfully delivered to the users. For remote users, the message has successfully been placed into the SNADS network for distribution to the destination systems. The sequence number assigned to the distribution is &3.
