Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : DDM files can be created with a remote location type of either SNA (APPC) or TCP/IP. A subset of the parameters that can be specified for the CRTDDMF command apply to each type. The parameters that do not apply are ignored.
Recovery . . . : No action is required. Some parameters were ignored.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For each of the remote location types, some parameters do not apply and are ignored.
-- When *SNA is specified for the remote location type (through the RMTLOCNAME parameter), the port number (PORT) does not apply and is ignored when the DDM file is created.
-- When *IP is specified for the remote location type (through the RMTLOCNAME parameter), the APPC device description (DEV), the local location name (LCLLOCNAME), the mode (MODE), and the remote network identifier (RMTNETID) do not apply and are ignored when the DDM file is created.
