Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value in the variable &3 is too large to be converted to the size specification for the parameter &2 specified as *DEC.
Recovery . . . : Change the REXX procedure so that the variable value is less than or equal to the maximum value that can be contained in the &2 parameter.
