Value &3 for parameter &2 not a valid date.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The date must contain digits 0-9 and be in a format defined for the job. If separators are specified, the date must be enclosed in apostrophes. The separators must be the same as the one specified in the job attribute DATSEP. Months may not be greater than 12, days may not be greater than 31 (except Julian). The year may be specified with either 2 or 4 digits. If the year is specified with 2 digits and those digits are equal to or greater than 40, the system assigns a value of 19 for the first two digits. If the year is specified with 2 digits and those digits are less than 40, the system assigns a value of 20 for the first two digits. If the year is specified with 4 digits, the date must be in the range of August 24, 1928, to May 9, 2071.
Recovery . . . : Change the parameter value to a valid date or one of the special values defined for the parameter.
