Parameter &2 value contains exponent that is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The exponent of the floating-point number must be an integer number whose length does not exceed 3 digits after normalization. Embedded blanks are not allowed. If a sign has been specified it must precede the value. The maximum valid value is 1.79769313486231E308, the minimum valid value is 2.22507385850721E-308.
Recovery . . . : Change the exponent to a valid value.
