Path name not converted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred during conversion of the path name &4 specified for &2. This can occur when the Coded Character Set ID (CCSID) of the path name from a device is different from the CCSID of the job being run. This job was running in CCSID &3.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The path name failed to be converted to internal form (UCS2) due to one of the following reasons:
-- A code point does not belong to the code set.
-- An incomplete character or shift sequence at the end of the path name.
