Cause . . . . . : A value was entered for the LGLREL parameter on a labeled PMTCTL statement. The LGLREL parameter is ignored on this statement because there is no previous statement in the group for which a relation can be specified.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the LGLREL parameter.
