Label not defined on ELEM or QUAL statement.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The label entered on the TYPE parameter is defined on a statement other than an ELEM or QUAL statement. Only the labels that are defined on the ELEM or QUAL statements can be referred to in the TYPE parameter.
Recovery . . . : Change the label on the TYPE parameter, or define the label on an ELEM or QUAL statement.
