&2 for SNGVAL or SPCVAL parameter not valid for first QUAL statement in group.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value entered for the SPCVAL or SNGVAL parameter on the first QUAL statement in a group must be a valid name, a generic name, or a value beginning with an asterisk.
Recovery . . . : Either change the value that is not valid for the SNGVAL or the SPCVAL parameter in the first QUAL statement in the group, or remove the value that is not valid.
